Our 4th floor PCU is a 39 bed unit and has a 4:1 RN/pt. ratio with a PCT. This unit specializes in brain attack, neuro, syncope, renal, GI, and surgical patients. Basic EKG interpretation required.
Qualified RN’s may be eligible for a sign-on bonus – for full time positions only.
The RN is a registered professional nurse who is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizing the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Job Requirements:
One year of recent Progressive Care experience required

The Cardiac ICU (CICU) is a 40-bed unit located on the 5th floor of the Ginsburg Tower. It is separated into two 20-bed sections, each with a dedicated charge nurse. The specially trained nurses in the CICU care for the complex cardiac medical patient. Our nurses are proud of the fact that we hold our unit and staff to high standards. We enjoy giving excellent care to our patients. Based on APACHE ratings, our CICU has one of the lowest mortality rates for AMI patients in the nation and one of the lowest LOS for these patients.
