Registered Nurses

Clinical Staffing Resources (CSR) is Florida Hospital’s internal float pool. CSR provides supplemental staffing for Medical Surgical, Critical Care, ED and various ancillary services at Florida Hospital giving a wide opportunity for experience. Our nurses may also choose to float to more than one campus.

The RN is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. The nurse utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) to achieve the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Florida RN license, 1 year experience within specialty, excellent skill base, and must able to provide a flexible schedule.
