Job/Unit Description:

Full time, Nights RN. 7p to 7a. Minimum 1 year recent ICU/CCU RN experience required. Or will train through Critical Care Nurse Internship programs that run February, July and October. Must have 1 year current med/surg experience minimum to apply for program. A similar program is available for GNs. Must have current Register Nurse Florida licensure.

Our Coronary Care family is one reason why. Currently we have opportunities for experienced critical care nurses to work AM, PM and weekend option shifts within this unit. Our Coronary Care unit is divided into 2 self -sufficient units, 12 beds and 20 beds per unit. The critical care nurses on our staff specialize in Code STEMI, AMI, and Patients with cardiogenic shock needing IABP therapy. Caring for the mind, body and spirit- we practice the interdisciplinary approach. Respiratory Therapists, Chaplains, Case Management and Dietician are stationed within the unit for immediate assistance to our patients and staff.
