The Celebration Health Emergency Department sees 50,000 patients a year, 12,000 of which are pediatric. We are a growing ED, servicing our resorts, many international visitors and the community of Celebration as well as the many new residents in the four corners area. Our patient population meets a variety of patient needs and varying levels of acuity, from the quick visit to an acute Acute ICU patient. We have an innovative approach to the “fast track” care called lean which facilitates a brief visits for the patient, which has allowed our standards to be door to doc in less than 60 minutes.

We are looking for a full time Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. This position is 7a-7p with rotating weekends.

The RN is a registered professional nurse who is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizing the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
