Florida Hospital Celebration Health Global Robotics Institute is looking for a Care Coordinator/Educator to work full time days. FL RN license, BSN and Oncology experience is required. Urology experience is preferred.

The overall goal of this position is to help the patient navigate the medical system to receive the education and support needed to achieve a successful surgical outcome. Facilitates a multidisciplinary approach to Global Robotics surgery by acting as a liaison between the hospital and surgical office. Provides ongoing patient education prior to surgery, while in hospital and post operatively. Responsible for the clinical mentoring (formal and informal) for the urological staff. Responsible for developing, tracking, benchmarking and evaluation of patient outcomes. Responsible for data collection as requested. Other duties include all aspects of marketing for the service line and participates in outreach programs. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally.
