The RN is responsible for the coordination of patient care using a multidisciplinary approach to the Nursing process in accordance with the Hospital's Mission, physician and patient expectations. Job requirements: Current RN State of Florida License (Required) BLS condition of employment (Required) ACLS within 90 days of employment (Required for ED, ICU, PCU) PALS/ENPC within 90 days of employment (Required for ED, Post Partum & Pediatrics) NRP within 90 days of employment (Required for Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, Pediatrics) CPI within 90 days of employment (Required for Lake Placid ED, SBCU) Crisis Management within 90 days of employ ment (Required for ED - Sebring and Wauchula) TNCC required within 6 months of hire for an experienced Emergency Department RN and 12 months for GN or RN with less than 1 year of Emergency Nursing experience. Fetal monitoring within 90 days of employment for Labor & Delivery
