Overview

Clinical Staffing Resources (CSR) is Florida Hospital’s internal float pool. CSR provides supplemental staffing for Medical Surgical, Critical Care, ED and various ancillary services at Florida Hospital. Our nurses may also choose to float to more than one campus. The RN is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. The nurse utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) to achieve the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Candidates must possess 1 year experience within Medical PCU, ICU, Critical care setting and excellent skill base.

Certifications / Degree

• The candidate must possess a Registered Nursing license certified through the state of Floirda.
• The candidate must possess at the minimum, a Associate's Degree in nursing through a certified institution.
• The candidate must be BLS certified, ACLS is preferred.

Shift

• The position calls for three 12hr shifts a week and every other weekend during the hours of 7pm -7am.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Candidates must possess a Florida RN license, 1 year experience within critical care specialty, and excellent skill base. BLS & ACLS required
